Why our Ofsted registration matters
Ofsted is the government body that inspects and regulates childcare in England. Being registered and rated Good is our promise that an independent inspector has checked, and trusts, the care your child receives.
Every club we run is registered on the Ofsted Early Years Register. That means each setting has met the requirements Ofsted sets to care for children, and is held to the same national standards as nurseries and schools.
Inspectors visit, observe our staff and children, talk to parents and review our records. Their findings are written up in a report that anyone can read. We are proud that ours tell the same story every time: a safe, happy, well led club.
Safeguarding and welfare
Inspectors check that children are kept safe, that staff are vetted and trained, and that our safeguarding procedures are followed every day.
Quality of staff and leadership
They look at how well qualified our team is, how they are supported to develop, and how the setting is led and managed.
Play, learning and development
They see how our activities help children learn, grow in confidence and have fun in a stimulating, well planned environment.
Working with families
They review how we build partnerships with parents and other professionals, so every child gets the support they need.
